Bread principles... Our principles are simple. Exceptional organic flour, our own sour starter, extended proving times to enhance bread quality and a commitment to create excellent bread.

Our bread is baked on site and available from 7.30am, Monday to Friday and 8am Saturday.
Advanced bread orders are accepted in the cafe or by phone, wholesale sourdough orders require 48hrs notice.
